Alan Brodsky makes products including jewelry, small sculptures, objects for movies and fashion accessories which includes belt buckles and handbag ornaments for Michael Kors. He has also taught at Parsons School of Design and at 92nd Street Y for the last 10 years.

Alan worked for a jewelry company for 9 years creating their diamond jewelry line using Cad/Cam. He made over 450 cad models, which were then casted in 18k gold and set with diamonds. His interest and talent in building objects either by hand or by Cad/Cam came in useful when he made a detonator for the movie Salt with Angelina Jolie and various props for Men in Black with Will Smith, which included a small snow globe. He also made license plates, gun pats, knives and many other projects that appeared in mini-series, "Boardwalk Empire" and "Pan Am."

Alan's own jewelry has appeared in WWD, W Magazine, Vogue, Bazaar and Elle.
