Isadora Duncan’s rich legacy at the roots of Modern Dance encompasses formal technical training, while tapping students’ own creative resources for performance and the creation of new works.

Jeanne Bresciani, BA, Skidmore College; MA, history of art, William's College, MA and PhD in dance, NYU; worldwide acclaim as solo performer, choreographer, lecturer, educator and creator of festivals; artistic director of the Isadora Duncan International Institute; performed as soloist at Lincoln Center, before the United Nations General Assembly, at the National Museum at Saratoga Springs, before the Olympic ceremonies in 1988, and at the National Museum in the Arts.
