The Beginner Ballet Workout is a total body workout that can improve your posture, tone your muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and strengthen your core. Basic beginning ballet exercises and movements are taught along with stretching and strengthening techniques, and set to beautiful and inspiring classical music. Taught by Holly Kerr, a former certified instructor, instructor trainer and teaching artist for the New York City Ballet Workout. While comfortable ballet or workout clothes and shoes are all you need, jazz shoes and dance sneakers are recommended.
