The Teen Arts Week Citizen-Artist Award recognizes creative New York City teens who have made a significant contribution to their local community through the arts. 2020 award recipients will be recognized for their work at the Teen Arts Week Launch Event held at the 92nd Street Y on Monday, March 2 at 11am. Five teens, one from each borough, will receive the award and a monetary prize of $500. The teens and their schools will be recognized on the Teen Arts Week website and promotional materials.

Teen Arts Week is NYC’s only citywide celebration of the arts for teens. Launched by the 92nd Street Y’s Teen Producers in 2019, Teen Arts Week features free classes, workshops and performances for teens at arts organizations in all five boroughs, including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, BAM, Mark Morris Dance Group and many others. This season, Teen Arts Week will take place from March 2-8, 2020. Register now for Teen Arts Week events!
