We can’t wait to welcome you back to our hall for live jazz on our stage. Until then, we’ve curated five of the most sensational jazz concerts from our Archive—four of them featuring an artist who has earned the genre's highest honor, NEA Jazz Master, and highlights of one by the all-star ensemble Rolling Stone called a “supergroup”—each one of these events unseen since the night of performance.
These concerts are a joyride for jazz lovers, but the future of the art form depends on new audiences, and this specially curated weekend invites everyone to discover jazz through the artistry of these stellar musicians.
All free for one weekend only, and only made possible through your support.
*Noon Friday, August 14 through midnight Monday, August 17
92Y Needs Your Support
Jazz uplifts us and feeds the spirit! We are sharing these extraordinary concerts for free during this period, but this is only possible with your support. As we confront tremendous financial losses due to Covid-19, we urgently need your help so we can continue to keep the music playing, present the most distinguished and distinctive artists, and develop the new audiences that will keep jazz thriving on our stage.
Your support also allows us to continue developing the online classes and programs that are sustaining and inspiring our entire 92Y community—from children to seniors—during this unprecedented time.
Help support the future of jazz and so much more at 92Y by making a donation today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
