Francine Segan, 92Y’s resident food historian speaks with Michael Turkell, author of Acid Trip: Travels in the World of Vinegar, Ivan Orkin, owner of NYC’s Lower East Side Ivan Ramen, and chef Neil Kleinberg as they take you on a virtual tour of some unique vinegars of North America, France, Italy, Austria and Japan and how to use them.

Ivan Orkin

Ivan Orkin lived in Tokyo for decades, where he established the first of his many Ivan Ramen shops, before returning hope to New York City to open up an outpost in the Lower East Side.
