Facilitators are affiliated with FamilyKind, a NYC nonprofit organization offering education and support services to adults and children experiencing separation or divorce.


Jenny Psaki has been a Trainer, Mediator and Communication Specialist for over 16 years. As a Mediator, she’s worked with children, families and parties in multi-generational disputes for the Family Courts of New York and New Jersey. As a professional Alternative and Conflict Dispute Resolution Trainer, she has trained and coached law students, community leaders and business professionals for Hofstra University, Fordham, NYU, Columbia, Catholic Charities of Brooklyn, the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, National Association of the Deaf and Safe Horizon. Jenny is currently a Trainer for FamilyKind’s NYS Parent Education and Awareness Program as well as their Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP) Program and she is soon to be a Divorce Coach. Nationally, she has been a Presenter/Trainer for the NY and NJ Bar Associations and for the Association for Family and Conciliation Courts’ National Convention in Washington DC. Jenny is the Owner and Principle Mediator for Cranbury Family Mediation Services of NJ.

Jane L. Romeo, M.A. is a Parent Education Consultant, Coach and Workshop facilitator in New York City working with both parents and children in the public and private sectors. Her previous clients include Smart City Kids, New York Kids Club, Gymboree and the Soho Parenting Center. Recently, Jane has worked with the organization Homes for the Homeless conducting drama therapy workshops with children enrolled in their after school program and the West Side Y with adolescents in their “Y Scholars” program on topics related to school readiness. In addition, she taught a series of workshops with the Flushing Y called, “The Facts of Life for Families.”

Along with her own workshops, Jane works with other social services groups utilizing their parenting curriculums. Currently, she is working with STEP (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting) conducting workshops with the agency FamilyKind.

She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and received her Masters of Arts in Educational Psychology from New York University.

Priority registration puts you at the front of the line to register for courses and events for an upcoming semester.

Eligible patrons will be able to order priority registration online.


Who is eligible for priority registration?

Individuals who have participated in 92nd Street Y programs over the past year in selected program areas, participants in certain memberships, and those who have made contributions of $500 or more to 92Y, are eligible to register for programs before they become available to the general public.

How do I know if I qualify?

Patrons that qualify for Priority Registration will receive packets in the mail explaining how to purchase online. Priority registration is normally mailed 2-3 weeks before a catalog is available. Registration information includes your Patron ID#. You can use this ID# to setup your login information online. This will allow you to register early for a course or event. Please note: if you receive a packet, you are only eligible to priority register for the programs covered in your packet.
