This program is taking place remotely. If you have signed up, you will receive an email with details of how to access the program.

Forest Therapy, also called Forest Bathing, is an evidence-based approach to wellness and health.

In the course of a gentle walk in the Ramble area of Central Park, we will engage in a series of guided activities aimed at slowing down from fast-paced lives and tuning into the sensory experiences of the forest and its environment, reminders of our innate connection with nature.

Meet at the Loeb Boathouse in Central Park (East Drive, adjacent to 75th Street).

Tour details will be communicated via email 24-36 hrs in advance of the scheduled tour. If we do not have an email address on file, we will do our best to contact you by phone. Please make sure that all contact information is accurate and current. If you have not received details 24 hrs in advance of the tour, please contact customer service at 212.415.5500 to receive details for the meeting location, itinerary and contact information for the tour guide. All tours run rain or shine and itineraries are subject to change.
