Marion Nestle is the Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health, Emerita, at New York University. She has written several prize-winning books about the politics of food, and wrote a monthly Food Matters column for the San Francisco Chronicle from 2008 to 2013. She blogs almost daily at www.foodpolitics.com, and her twitter account, @marionnestle, has been ranked by Science Magazine, Time Magazine, and The Guardian as among the top ten in health and science.
