In this experiential full-day Sunday workshop, based on Loch’s new book, The Way of Effortless Mindfulness, you will learn effective micro-meditations that shift you out of your chattering mind. Effortless mindfulness glimpses will immediately introduce you to your optimal mind and loving nature that is already within you.
Loch will be available to sign his new book, The Way of Effortless Mindfulness: A Revolutionary Guide for Living an Awakened Life.
There will be a lunch break during this program. Lunch is on your own; it will not be provided.

Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW is an author, licensed psychotherapist, and recognized leader in the field of meditation. He is the founder of the non-profit, Open-Hearted Awareness Institute and has worked in community mental health. Loch has studied in Sri Lanka, India, and at Columbia University.
