Along with taking you through each recipe, Malgieri shares tips for baking ahead and for storing each type of cookie until you’re ready to serve them, give them, or devour them!

December 6: Filled and sandwich cookies: Raspberry Linzer Sandwiches, Chocolate Hazelnut Hearts, Sicilian X Cookies/Cucidati and Lebanese Maamoul.
December 13: Nick’s favorite showstoppers: Decorated Gingerbread Cookies, Checkerboard/Marbled Cookies and Almond-Scented Spritz Cookies.
