David LaBarca has performed stand-up comedy in several thousand shows in 25 states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Mexico, throughout Canada and on Comedy Central. He has produced over 1000 stand-up comedy shows in the New York tri-state area. He has conducted classes totaling 10,000 hours teaching stand-up comedy writing and performing for The United Federation of Teachers, Gotham Writers' Workshop, St. John's University, Marymount Manhattan College, The Learning Annex, The New York Comedy Club and "Healing with Humor" workshops for inpatients at Silver Hill Hospital.
