This class is a continuation of our Yes, Uke Can! beginner ukulele class.
To be successful in this intermediate class, students should be able to quickly tune their ukulele, have a firm grasp of the basic chords C, Am, F, G and G7; and be comfortable reading and understanding basic tablature.
Students must bring their own Ukulele.

A rootsy musician from New York City, Robin Greenstein straddles the worlds of traditional and contemporary folk/blues. Her resume includes working with folk legend Hedy West, songwriting for Bob Dylan, being a Clinician for Martin Guitars, a headliner for Renaissance Cruises and a Club Med artist. Robin spent 2 decades touring the college circuit and Europe. She has 7 CDs out, spanning original music, traditional folk and blues songs about women, a kids CD and multi-cultural holiday recording.

Robin has been playing guitar since age 11 and banjo & uke since age 17. She has a degree in music from SUNY-Stony Brook (majored in Classical Guitar). She studied music for a year at Kings College and Trinity College of Music in London.
While at college, Robin studied and then taught at the seminal music school The Guitar Workshop of Roslyn, NY. She had the privilege of working as a clinician for Martin Guitars in the early 2000's and travelled with the CEO, CF Martin IV, to Europe and Asia. Bob Dylan's publishing company signed Robin as a writer early on in her career. She has toured the college market, played overseas, headlined cruise ships, folk venues and other clubs across the U.S, etc. She teaches both adults and children.
