Frederick Curry is Director of the Rutgers University Graduate Ed.M. Program in Dance Education, part of the Rutgers Graduate School of Education’s Urban Social Justice Teacher Preparation Program. As a specialist in Dance Pedagogy and Somatics, Frederick has led workshops and presented at conferences internationally including in Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, South Korea, Switzerland, Uganda, the United Kingdom, and throughout the United States. Tasha Austin

Tasha Austin is a PhD candidate and graduate assistant in Language Education at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education and the Teacher Education Special Interest Group Representative for NJTESOL-NJBE. As founder of Premise LLC, she supports schools with innovative and humanizing pedagogies. Her research qualitatively examines language, identity and power, and the ways in which anti-Blackness emerges in language education and language teacher preparation.
