"My goal in all of this process is to connect with other people," says artist, educator and Eyebeam alum Taeyoon Choi. While the digital age has connected people in unprecedented ways, Choi has also seen the ways in which some members of society are left out. He was inspired to use sign language to teach computer programming to the hearing impaired and use art to erase the perceived differences between people.
92Y needs your help
Many of you have asked how you can help 92Y as we face tremendous financial losses due to COVID-19. You can help sustain our beloved institution and support the creation of new, online programming that will bring comfort and inspiration to our community.
Donate between now and October 31 and your gift will be matched dollar for dollar by a group of 92Y board members—going twice as far in supporting 92Y at this critical time. Thank you for anything you can do to help.
