What to bring
Children should bring at least one snack and lunch each day. Please do not send any food with nuts. Food does not have to be Kosher.
Two or three (already sharpened) pencils and a set of markers or crayons
Items such as rulers and calculators needed for homework or remote learning
General Cleaning and COVID-19 Safety Procedures
Clubhouse children will be separated into enrichment cohorts to ensure social distancing and to limit exposure at all times.
Any shared space (bathrooms, lunch space and art studios) will be wiped down regularly throughout the day, especially between cohorts. Every evening, a deep cleaning of the entire clubhouse floor will take place.
Remote Learning Support
92Y Clubhouse staff will support remote learning while wearing masks at all times.
In order that we may support your child’s remote learning, please send your child to clubhouse with a physical list of all passwords for their computer, Google classroom, or any sites they may need to access.
Parent Policies
Parents must watch our Virtual Orientation Session Zoom prior to their child starting the program.
Parents are expected to assist their child in disinfecting tablets, computers, lunchboxes and other items that enter the clubhouse.
Parents should refrain from gathering in groups during class or at drop-off and pick-up.
We will be using the Brightwheel app for daily sign-in/sign-out and health checks. Anyone who will be picking up or dropping off your child will need to use the Brightwheel app to do so.
