Esther Schwartz, pianist, chamber music coach and vocal coach, has performed in many concert programs both as solo artist and accompanist, and is strongly involved in the showcasing of today’s rising performers. She has been on the faculties of Adelphi University, C.W. Post and Mannes Conservatory as both piano coach and vocal coach. Currently, she serves on staff with the 92nd Street Y Chamber Music Program. Esther has collaborated in performance and master classes with such distinguished artists from the Metropolitan Opera House as Licia Albanese and Fredrica von Stade. Her concert appearances include WQXR Radio with the Robert Sherman Young Artist series, Kaufman Hall at 92nd Street Y, Yale University Faculty Series, The Concert Series of Charlotte N.C., the Munich Germany Chamber and Concert Festival, and Portland Maine Chamber Music Festival. She has also served as musical director for Guys & Dolls, A Little Night Music and Man of La Mancha at the Zurich Opernhaus, Switzerland. Ms. Schwartz maintains her busy teaching and performance schedule in the tri-state area.
