For ten years, The Big Quiz Thing has set the standard for live trivia entertainment in New York and other cities nationwide. Taking the pub quiz concept to a new level, the BQT has entertained thousands with its trademark brand of highly original multimedia trivia. And on Sunday, January 13, the BQT once again breaks new ground with its first ever Big Family Quiz Thing, an afternoon trivia spectacular for kids ages 8 and up (along with the grown-ups who love them).
Bring Mom, Dad, Junior, Sis, Grandma, and Second Cousin Lester—everyone gets to play!—as Quizmaster Noah Tarnow presents five rounds of fast and funny multimedia team-trivia goodness for the whole family. From pop culture to history to sports to the indefinable: It all culminates in the buzzertastic Three-Way Finale, to determine who goes home with honor and glory, not to mention fantastic prizes from the BQT’s panoply of A-list sponsors. Along the way, there’ll be video and audio puzzles, music, the Lightning Round and more. No modern geek-chic NYC family will want to miss it!
Advance tickets are $15 per person, or a four-person family pack for $50 (day of show: adults $20, kids $15; family pack $60).
