Brief Bio
A Brooklyn boy at heart, these days Brian Solomon lives the Henry Hill lifestyle out in the wilds of Connecticut. A marketing/social media guru by day, and by night (or wherever he can fit it in) creator and writer of the award-winning blog, The Vault of Horror—nominated for the Rondo Hatton Award and by Total Film magazine—he's been published in Fangoria, Pro Wrestling Illustrated, Paracinema and other fine, highbrow publications. He has had short stories published in places like Midnight Echo, the official journal of the Australian Horror Writers Association. Along with his lovely partner in crime and life, the delightful Captain Cruella, he hosts a series of cult classic films at the Avon Theatre in Stamford and has been known to do public readings on occasion. He enjoys watching and critiquing film, obsessing over Tiki culture and worshiping at the altar of Frank Sinatra, as well as being very silly with his two ridiculously adorable kids, Layla and Jack.
