Join us for an offbeat and smart Jewish education happy-hour. Have for a drink, and then have your mind blown.

To many, Charlie Chaplain was a great artist while the three stooges were more often than not viewed as lowlifes by the majority culture. The “Little Tramp” has generally received credit for producing the first pre-war satire on Hitler and the Nazis, the Great Dictator. In fact, the Stooges beat him to it and pioneered anti-Nazi comedy via their film shorts "You Nazty Spy" and "I'll Never Heil Again." This session will ask why such lowlifes served as the comedic shock troops against the Third Reich.

Tickets: $10 in advance / $12 day of event.
