Join 92YTribeca's Rabbi-in-Residence Dan Ain and historian Stéphane Gerson for a dinner discussion about the most famous modern prophet of doom, Michel de Nostredame.
Part of 92YTribeca's Doomsday Festival, this Friday Night Dinner will explore whether or not Nostradamus correctly predicted some of the worst events in recent history, how he has retained his popularity throughout the years and why we continue to be drawn to literature of doom.
With the end of 2012 approaching, Professor Gerson - expert and author of two new books on Nostradamus and his prophecies - will dissect key passages and along with Rabbi Dan discuss the relevancy of prophecy today.
As always, 92YTribeca's Friday Night Dinners feature wine and cocktails as well as a delicious meal prepared by 92YTribeca Head Chef Russell Moss.
