Mark Franko reads from his newly published book, Martha Graham in Love and War, on the powerful and long-misunderstood union of Martha Graham and Erick Hawkins, a Celia Ipiotis interview and contributions from luminaries from the Martha Graham Dance Company and the Erick Hawkins Dance Company. Archival film footage and live performances of Graham & Hawkins duets by the Martha Graham Dance Company, Graham II, Erick Hawkins Dance, Wellspring/Cori Terry & Dancers, University of Nevada Las Vegas Dancers.
