Over the past several years, Iran’s nuclear program has taken center stage on the foreign policy agenda of the West. Yet, despite years of frenzied diplomacy and widening international sanctions, the crisis with Iran continues to build. How far is Iran from a nuclear bomb? What can we expect from Israel? And what role does Russia play in either defusing or perpetuating the current crisis?
Brief Bios
Ilan I. Berman is the vice president of the American Foreign Policy Council in Washington, DC and an expert on regional security in the Middle East, Central Asia and the Russian Federation.
Matthew Rojansky is the deputy director of the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment. An expert on U.S. and Russian national security and nuclear weapons policies, his work focuses on relations among the United States, NATO and the states of the former Soviet Union. Additionally, he is responsible for Carnegie’s Ukraine Program and analysis of politics and security in Eastern Europe, including Belarus and Moldova.
Yaakov Katz is the military correspondent and defense analyst for The Jerusalem Post and the Israel correspondent for Jane’s Defence Weekly, the international military magazine.

Eligible patrons will be able to order priority registration online.
Who is eligible for priority registration?
Individuals who have participated in 92nd Street Y programs over the past year in selected program areas, participants in certain memberships, and those who have made contributions of $500 or more to 92Y, are eligible to register for programs before they become available to the general public.
How do I know if I qualify?
Patrons that qualify for Priority Registration will receive packets in the mail explaining how to purchase online. Priority registration is normally mailed 2-3 weeks before a catalog is available. Registration information includes your Patron ID#. You can use this ID# to setup your login information online. This will allow you to register early for a course or event. Please note: if you receive a packet, you are only eligible to priority register for the programs covered in your packet.
