Brief Biography
Laura Berman Fortgang is a certified master coach and pioneer in the personal coaching field. She is the author of Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction, Living Your Best Life, Take Yourself to the Top and The Little Book on Meaning. Ellen J. Langer, PhD, is a professor of psychology at Harvard University and the author of the best seller Mindfulness and Counterclockwise: Mindful Health and the Power of Possibility. Frank Lipman, MD, is the founder and director of the Eleven Eleven Wellness Center in New York and the author of Spent: End Exhaustion and Feel Great Again.
