Russian Piano School: A Conversation with Bella DavidovichDmitry Rachmanov will interview.

World-renowned pianist, the legendary first prize winner of the 1949 International Chopin Competition in Warsaw, Bella Davidovich studied at the Moscow Conservatory with Konstantin Igumnov and Yakov Flier. She performed as a soloist with the Leningrad Philharmonic for 28 seasons to sold-out halls. After emigrating to the United States she continued her performing career appearing with the world's major conductors and leading orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Boston Symphony. The celebrated artist shares perspectives on her life in music. Ms. Davidovich will make a special piano appearance.
