 Some Folks is a brand-spanking-new show hosted by Wyatt Cenac of The Daily Show that seamlessly and creatively brings together the worlds of comedy and music. Wyatt Cenac is writer and correspondent for the Daily Show with Jon Stewart and star of Medicine for Melancholy.
Morgan Murphy has appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and the film Comedians of Comedy: Live at the Troubador. She has written for Jimmy Kimmel Live and Human Giant and currently writes for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
Colin Quinn is a great American headliner who hosted Comedy Central's Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, Saturday Night Live's "Weekend Update," and MTV's Remote Control.
Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Bridget Barkan is a New York City-born storyteller whose music combines an urban yet earth-child sensibility with a raw sense of truth and vision. She resonates a provocative sound in the spirit of classic soul diva’s Etta James, Teena Marie, Janis Joplin and contemporary artists, Joss Stone, Alicia Keys and Lauryn Hill.
