Mailbox Man, by Benjamin Edmiston

Our fourth issue marks our one-year anniversary since we launched last summer! We have had the pleasure to publish many new writers and well-established authors who have made this literary magazine so exciting for the Poetry Center, it's contributors and the community.

Each semester, instructors select students to be published in Podium to display the magic and talent that takes place in the Unterberg Poetry Center's writing program.

For this issue, we selected Brooklyn-based artist Benjamin Edmiston for our cover art in the summer issue. His Blockhead pieces especially tickled us with his wit and imagination. You can view more of his amazing artwork here.

If you are interested in learning more about the Unterberg Poetry Center's writing program, please visit www.92y.org/writingprogram or sign-up for our eNews for the latest on upcoming events at the Poetry Center.

We would like to thank the instructors who participated in Podium (it wouldn't exist without you!) this season, and a warm congratulations to the writers who were selected. Now enjoy!
