| Basic rental includes use of theater with applicable heat or air conditioning, use of Steinway 9' concert grand piano, full ushering staff and artist's assistant for three (3) hour call, two dressing rooms (Dressing Room A is equipped with piano and private restroom) and standard 92nd Street Y security. |
