The 92nd Street Y's Noar After School Program offers MiniCamp during long holiday breaks each school year (December, February, April). Programs are for children in grades K through 5. Staff are NOAR After School Program and 92nd Street Y Camps' counselors and supervisors.
Programs are determined closer to the various holiday breaks but generally include a well-balanced menu of trips including snow-tubing on Shawnee Mountain, sports at Chelsea Piers, IMAX & Space Show at the American Museum of Natural History, and many more. The day also includes a number of fun activities at the Y including art, sports, cooking and swim.
The day begins at 8:30am and ends at 5:30pm. Parents must pack a lunch everyday; and a swimsuit, towel, and swim cap for any days that swim is on the schedule.
To learn more, contact Jose Ortiz, Jr., Director of the Teen Center & Noar After School Program, with any questions at 212.415.5624 or email.
