Whether you're whipping up a petite amuse bouche or a delectable entrée, the only thing MEGA about your food needs to be the taste. So get cooking, get creative, and you just might land yourself in the hot-seat.

The Quick 411:
Recipes must be modern Kosher. Recipes need not be Jewish in origin, but may not contain dairy and meat in the same dish, pork, certain cuts of meat or shellfish of any kind
Recipe must be original
Recipe must be cooked in 60 minutes or less
Finalists must be available for a publicity event on September 24, 2008 in New York City
One entry per contestant

Recipe appearance (or modified version) on the 92YTribeca Café menu for one (1) month
The opportunity to work with 92YTribeca staff to create a menu for one of their upcoming catered events
