| Donations in Honor |

| Gifts in Honor are an excellent way to celebrate special occasions such as a person's birthday, a wedding anniversary or any holiday. Now, you can give a special gift to a friend, family member or business associate with a contribution in their name to the 92nd Street Y. Remember the 92nd Street Y in your gift giving plans this year — show you care for someone and the 92nd Street Y by making a gift in honor.

| Within five business days, we will send a Gift Card notifying the honoree of your gift to the Y. The card will not include the amount of your gift. We will also send an acknowledgement to you for confirmation and tax purposes.

| Donors may make a gift of stock, thereby creating a tax deduction equal to the stock's fair market value on the date the gift is made without incurring the capital gains that would be incurred if appreciated stock were sold. It is our policy to promptly sell any gift of stock. Our agents at Salomon Smith Barney can handle the transfer of stock for you.
