Musical Introduction Series and Mentoring Program
The 92nd Street Y Musical Introduction Series introduces young children to music of many cultures in concert and in the classroom, in order to nurture their ability to become active listeners and to express themselves through music. This program is part of the 92nd Street Y arts-in-education programming offered in partnership with New York City public schools. |

| Students enrolled in guitar classes at a participating 92nd Street Y partner school have the privilege of attending 92nd Street Y concerts such as the Guitar Marathon and participate in coveted master classes through the Musical Introduction Series Mentoring Program. |
