| Since 1930, Kaufmann Concert Hall, a 917-seat theater, has been home to thousands of performances, readings and lectures. The hall's excellent acoustics are admired for live concerts while its theatrical attributes make it a superb venue for lectures, readings and all types of performances. |

| Kaufmann Concert Hall is available for performances Monday through Sunday, matinees and evenings. Standard rental fee is $5,500, exclusive of stage labor and other costs. A 50% deposit of rental fee is due with receipt of signed contract. |
|
| Basic rental includes use of theater with applicable heat or air-conditioning, use of Steinway 9' concert grand piano, full ushering staff and artist's assistant for three (3) hour call, two dressing rooms (dressing Room A is equipped with piano and private restroom) and standard 92nd Street Y security. Ticket Printing and Box Office are available at an additional fee. |

| Buttenwieser Hall |
|
Buttenwieser Hall, the second largest performance hall in the building, consists of a small proscenium stage with non-fixed seating to accommodate over 200 individuals. The space currently plays host to modern dance performances, concerts, literary readings, rehearsals and private parties. We have the ability to provide a full range of lighting and sound systems plus lighting plots, technicians and crew.
Buttenwieser Hall is available for performances: Monday-Sunday, matinees and evenings.

Two gymnasiums, a 25-yard pool and locker facilities are available for private rental for adult and youth parties, commercial photo/film location shoots, and group events. Treat your children to a fun-filled birthday celebration at the May Center and enjoy exclusive use of the gym or pool. We provide staff, facilities, tables and chairs, sports equipment and age-appropriate activities. You provide the food and decorations. The rates are for a two-hour party and the party room is available 30 minutes prior for setup and decorating. |

| The de Hirsch Residence offers safe, clean and affordable housing for nearly 400 young men and women year-round. |

Residence is by application only and is limited to full time students and/or fully employed young men and women for housing periods of 30 days or longer. To book a room:

Apply online or download our application and fax to us (there is a $50 non-refundable fee for applying). All applicants must also read carefully and agree to our rules and regulations. |

As soon as we receive your application, either online or by fax, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your application. If space is available and your application is accepted by the Admissions Committee, you will be asked to pay your first month's rent as a deposit. The deposit is refundable |
