The First Floor– 900 seat concert hall, home to hundreds of talks, concerts and literary readings every year: from Tom Cruise to Al Gore to Ani DiFranco to Chinua Achebe and Joyce Carol Oates. Residents get free tickets and discounts!
The Second Floor – The dance studios that have been home to thousands including Martha Graham, Alvin Ailey and Doug Varone – and the School of Music where Tony™ Award winner David Alvarez takes piano lessons.
The Third Floor– Ceramics and jewelry studios on one side of the building and entrance to our 25,000 square foot health club and gym on the other.
