The First Floor– 900 seat concert hall, home to hundreds of talks, concerts and literary readings every year: from Tom Cruise to Al Gore to Ani DiFranco to Chinua Achebe and Joyce Carol Oates. Residents get free tickets and discounts!
The Second Floor – The dance studios that have been home to thousands including Martha Graham, Alvin Ailey and Doug Varone – and the School of Music where Tony™ Award winner David Alvarez takes piano lessons.
