The de Hirsch Residence in New York City offers safe, clean and affordable housing for over 350 young men and women. It is ideal student housing for students with summer internships. |

| Fully furnished single and double rooms with shared bathrooms are available for periods of 30 days or longer. The residence also has weekly maid service, a kitchen and laundry room on each floor and 24-hour security. The residence also offers access to the Y's Buttenwieser Library (which has computers with Internet access) and reduced or free admission to many of The Y's concerts and lectures. |

For stays of 30 to 45 days
Large Single Room: $80 per day
Single Room: $75 per day
Double Room*: $60 per person per day
Small Double Room*: $50 per person per day
For stays of 46 days or longer
Large Single Room: $1,425 per month
Single Room: $1,325 per month
Double Room*: $1,125 per month per person
Small Double Room*: $1,025 per month per person
Rates Beginning July 1, 2008:
For stays of 46 days or longer
Large Single Room: $1,450 per month
Single Room: $1,350 per month
Double Room*: $1,150 per month per person
Small Double Room*: $1,050 per month per person

Fall semester bookings are for the entire fall semester only; September 1, 2008—December 31, 2008.
If you depart prior to December 31 you will be required to pay the rent through December 31. |

*Shared rooms are for those 28 years of age and younger.
Residents receive special discount rates to use our comprehensive health and fitness facilities, including a 25-yard swimming pool. ($109/1 month, $179/2 months, $229/3 months). |
