Residence is by application only and is limited to full time students and/or fully employed young men and women for housing periods of 30 days or longer. (exception: we require a full 4-month commitment from September 1st to December 31st). To book a room:
Fall semester bookings are for the entire fall semester only; Sep 1, 2009—Dec 31, 2009.
If you depart prior to Dec 31 you will be required to pay the rent through Dec 31.

Apply online or download our application and fax to us (a $100 non-refundable application fee will be charged providing you meet our requirements and we can accommodate your request for housing). All applicants must also read carefully and agree to our rules and regulations. |

As soon as we receive your application, either online or by fax, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your application. If space is available and your application is accepted by the Admissions Committee, you will be asked to pay your first month's rent as a deposit. The deposit is refundable if you give us at least 30 days notice of cancellation. |
