Birthday Parties at the 92nd Street Y

Celebrate your child's big day in an exciting way. Enjoy exclusive use of the gyms or pool. Staffs, sports equipment, invitations, party favors, gifts for birthday child and host parents, age-appropriate activities, and tables and chairs are provided. Rates are for a two-hour party. Party room is available 30 minutes prior for setup and decorating. Party time and rental date are confirmed when payment and a signed rental agreement are received. You provide the food and decorations. Also, inquire about our Party Package add-ons. May Center members receive a $50 discount on all parties.

| Birthday Parties at Y Village |
|
If you are looking for a different way to celebrate your child's birthday, why not rent a camp for the day? Y Village is the site
of the 92 Street Y Camps and is now available for birthday parties on Sundays and afterschool. Y Village is located at the Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds in Rockland County, New York. Transportation can be arranged at an additional cost or you may provide your own transportation. Travel time is less than one hour. For more information call 845.357.0532.
All parties include:
One hour of activity, 1/2 hour of games and 1/2 hour for refreshments. We provide the activities, a cake and drinks, and the staff.

Creature Feature Ceramics
Create fantasy and real life with clay. Roll, coil, pinch the clay to give each creation its unique character. All pieces are glazed and fired and returned to the Y two weeks later for pickup.
Jewels Fit for a Queen
Bedazzle yourself with handmade jewelry in our jewelry studio. Learn the process of making colorful copper enamel jewelry and items of your own design. Watch how 60 seconds in our enamel kiln can turn your creation into a piece fit for a queen.
Reaching for Ropes & Rock Climbing
Suit up with a helmet and harness and climb our 30-foot climbing tower. You will be belayed and repelled by a certified instructor. Go through the port hole, get out of the spider or walk along the wobbly log at our low ropes course.
Nature Detectives
Get ready for a scavenger hunt fit for nature's detectives. Search for nature's wonders using clues, descriptions and scientific instruments. Solve clues using a compass, magnifier and binoculars. Enter our Nature Center for exploration of nature's wonders.
