| Buttenwieser Hall |
 |
| Buttenwieser Hall, the second largest performance space in the building, is located on the second floor of Lexington Avenue at 92nd Street. The hall consists of a small proscenium stage with non-fixed seating which accommodates over 200 individuals. Buttenwieser Hall currently plays host to many dance performances, concerts, literary readings, rehearsals and private parties. For more information call 212.415.5782 / email. |

| Weill Art Gallery |
 |
The Milton J. Weill Art Gallery, located directly outside the Kaufmann Concert Hall in the 92nd Street building lobby, serves the 92nd Street Y and the arts community by exhibiting intellectually rigorous work by younger and established artists to help educate the public about a broad spectrum of issues in the visual arts.

| Fine Arts Studios |
 |
| The Art Center's five fine art studios are equipped with easels, stools, drawing tables, painting tables, sculpture stands, slop sinks and ventilation fans to accommodate all types of drawing, watercolor, painting, figure sculpture and photography classes. Students must purchase their own art supplies and are provided with a supply list upon registration. A limited number of lockers are available for students to rent for a nominal fee on a yearly basis. Students can check on locker availability during the first week of the fall and spring semesters. | Ceramics Studios |

| The Y's air-conditioned studios are equipped with 26 electric potter's wheels, a gas reduction kiln and three electric kilns. Students must supply their own tools, which may be purchased from the Y for $15. Firing charge is four cents per cubic inch for two firings. All classes and workshops are held in Rooms 325 and 326. The Y's studios, located on the third floor of the 91st Street building, are the most modern and fully equipped in New York City. Although some tools are available for class use, students are required to purchase their own basic set. Suggested tools, supply lists and department calendar are provided upon registration. Jewelry Studio Benchtime Benchtime is an opportunity for currently enrolled jewelry students to work independently for a fee of $2 per hour. Benchtime schedules are posted the second week of classes. |

| Music Studios |
 |
| The Music School hosts eight soundproofed music rehearsal/teaching rooms and the only publicly accessible electronic music lab in the city. Our state-of-the-art music lab is equipped with MIDI keyboards, digital recording equipment, Macintosh computers and MIDI sequencing software. Eight music studio workstations are available. The lab is open to Music Technology class participants exclusively. |
