| What People Are Saying about Shababa with Karina |
"Shababa does not bring the child's listening to an adult level, but rather takes the fully developed musicality of the adult singer, Karina Zilberman, and brings it to the child's level, without giving me up an ounce of sophistication. I find this to be completely opposite from other Jewish music CDs for young people, and for me, it is this quality that sets Shababa apart from other CDs of this genre." —Alan Mason (Director of Music) |
"Shababa with Karina brings the joy of Shabbat to young children through wonderful music. This CD is sure to enhance your family's Shabbat experience at home. Karina's music is the ideal vehicle for teaching the concepts, blessings and symbols of Shabbat." —Nancy Schulman, Director, 92nd Street Y Nursery School |
"Shababa with Karina," is a beautifully layered CD for kids, exploring the different experiences of Shabbat, with fantastic jazzy, bluesy, and Brazilian influenced singing, arrangements, and storytelling. A total hit —Basya Schechter, Musician |

"We love Karina's new Shabbat CD! It is full of infectious joy and makes Shabbat so much FUN. Karina's voice is beautiful and unique, sometimes jazzy, sometimes melodic. We listen in the car and kitchen on Friday to put us in just the right mood". —The Rosens, Miami |
