NOTE: Arrive early, classes and activities fill quickly. Group exercise classes and sports programs require appropriate exercise attire and athletic shoes. Swim caps required for all swimmers (including infants) which are available for sale in our Pro Shop.

Enjoy free swim and play time in our 25-yard, ozone disinfected indoor pool. Children under 6 years require adult participation; children 6-12 years require adult supervision.
Family Gym (7-18 yrs) - Parents and children enjoy recreational basketball in our two air-conditioned gyms.

Increase your endurance using a mix of challenging training methods including spinning, boxing, kickboxing, calisthenics and more.
10:30-11 am - American Red Cross Infant & Preschool Aquatic Minnows (18-36 mos)
Responsible adult must accompany child in the water at all times. Swim caps required for adults and children; swim diapers must be worn by all children who are not fully toilet-trained. No disposable diapers. Caps and swim diapers available for sale in our pro shop.
12-12:45pm - Tiny Tumblers (18 mos-4 yrs)
A fun way for toddlers to develop fine and gross motor skills. Adult participation required; twins require two caregivers.

An exercise dance workout that modernizes this high-energy folk dance by blending traditional movements with the exhilaration of Bollywood.

Children build swimming readiness while have fun in the water.
