Camps Tova & Bari Tov

Tova and Bari Tov campers enjoy making friends while developing creative, social and physical skills. They participate in a variety of camp activities specially designed to foster each child's success at our 50 acre campgrounds in Rockland County — the grounds are located 20 minutes outside of New York City.

Monday – Thursday campers swim each day and participate in sports, arts and outdoor activities. On Fridays, Tova and Bari Tov campers go on trips to destinations such as a beach, a small zoo, an amusement park, a bowling alley and more. Counselors and specialists have a background in special education and are committed to providing each child with a positive and rewarding summer experience. Our small camper to staff ratio (4:1 in Tova, 1:1 in Bari Tov) ensures that each camper receives individualized attention every day during the summer.

In Tova and Bari Tov, we encourage full summer enrollment for first-time campers which is $6,250. Camp tuition includes bus transportation, hot lunch, snack, weekly trips, t-shirt, water bottle and towel service. Transportation is provided to and from camp every day from 92Y. Drop-off is between 8:15-8:30 am and pick-up is between 4:45-5 pm.

To Apply

All new campers to Tova and Bari Tov must go through our intake process for acceptance into one of the full summer programs. Please begin by downloading and completing the Camper Information Form and returning it to the camps office with a copy of your child’s most recent IEP. A member of the camps team will then confirm receipt of your application and will guide you through the next steps of the process.

Camp Eye to Eye

92Y is happy to continue our partnership with Camp Eye to Eye this summer. This day camp program runs July 10-14 at our Rockland County campground, and is designed for students entering 5th to 8th grade who have a language, math or reading-based learning disability and/or ADHS as a primary diagnosis. Children are paired with successful college and high school mentors who have a similar diagnosis. Mentors share their experiences with campers on how to achieve – and succeed!
