Dr. Susan Ginsberg is the editor and publisher of Work & Family Life: Balancing Job and Personal Responsibilities. She was previously associate dean of Bank Street College in New York City. She is the author of Family Wisdom: The 2000 Most Important Things Ever Said About Parenting, Children and Family Life.
Formerly an instructor at the Harvard Medical School for twenty years, Dr. Edward Hallowell is now the director of the Hallowell Center for Cognitive and Emotional Health in Sudbury, Massachusetts. He is the co-author of Driven to Distraction: Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder from Childhood Through Adulthood, among other titles. He is considered to be the one of the foremost experts on the topic of ADD.
Dr. Ron Taffel is a noted child and family therapist, lecturer and author of many books including Parenting By Heart: How to Stay Connected to Your Child in a Disconnected World and Nurturing Good Children Now: 10 Basic Skills to Protect and Strengthen Your Child's Core Self. He has written nearly 100 articles for child professionals and is the co-founder of the Family and Couple Treatment Services at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York City. He consults and lectures at schools, community and religious organizations around the country. Dr. Taffel has been named "a Spock for our time."
Dr. Michael Thompson is a psychologist, school consultant, lecturer, author or co-author of seven books including the New York Times bestseller, Raising Cain: Protecting the Emotional Life of Boys; Speaking of Boys: Answers to the Most-Asked Questions about Raising Sons; Best Friends, Worst Enemies: Understanding the Social Lives of Children. He is writing a new book titled "It's a Boy!" Dr. Thompson was the co-author, host and narrator of a PBS documentary entitled Raising Cain: Focus on Boys.
