A Benefit Performance for Hurricane Sandy Relief

Current TV and 92Y Present Joy Behar’s Comics with Benefits

Laughter can’t rebuild houses or provide food – but it can heal hearts. If you’re looking for a way to help hurricane victims and also celebrate laughter and resilience, come to this very special evening at 92nd Street Y.

Along with Current TV, we’re presenting a special comedy benefit, produced by Joy Behar (host of Current TV’s “Joy Behar: Say Anything!”). Join Joy and her friends for an evening of good fun and good works. One-hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit two local charities, which are providing hurricane Sandy relief: UJA-Federation of New York, which cares for people in need, and Rebuilding Together, which repairs and renovates damaged homes.

Note: Current TV will air an edited version of “Joy Behar’s Comics with Benefits”, executive produced by Joy Behar and Robin Hommel, throughout December as a fundraiser for UJA-Federation of New York and Rebuilding Together.

Current TV is available on satellite and cable television providers—to find out if you get Current, go to Current.com.
