New Director of Human Resources
NEW YORK, NY: November 10 — 92nd Street Y is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric J. Lange as Director of Human Resources. As a senior member of 92Y’s leadership team, he joins the office of the executive director and reports directly to Executive Director Sol Adler.
Eric joins 92Y with 36 years of experience in human resource leadership across a broad spectrum of industries and organizations. He most recently spent 17 years as senior vice president of human resources at the Nielsen Company, the top consumer and media research company in the world. At Nielsen, Eric focused on talent acquisition and development, culture transformation, organizational design, diversity programs, and labor and employee relations. He also was recognized as an accomplished speaker at a variety of events both inside and outside of Nielsen.
Prior to joining Nielsen, Eric was senior vice president of human resources at United Jersey Bank in Princeton NJ, where he ran the HR function for a 160-branch bank. He held prior HR positions at Citicorp, Telemundo, The Penske Corporation and the Continental Can Company.
Eric has an MBA in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Management from Northeastern University.
