Every personal training program starts by taking a closer look at your health and lifestyle. Your trainer will then provide you with a roadmap to success and structure your workouts to inspire, benefit, and challenge you. Recent training equipment additions include Technogym equipment, Kettlebell Training programs, as well as TRX Suspension Training, a bodyweight-based portable training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels.
