The May Center for Health, Fitness and Sports offers a complete Aquatics program for every level, from hesitant beginners to seasoned swimmers.

We have a complete Aquatics program for every level and every age. Children as young as six months have a positive first experience in the pool with our American Red Cross Infant and Preschool Aquatics curriculum. Older children improve skills with our American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim classes and adults select from a variety of classes that best fits their needs, from Beginner Swim Group to Deep Water classes.
