Registration and Reservations
You can reserve a maximum of three days at a time depending on availability. To begin, call or stop by to receive registration materials or download an information card and health form [PDF].
Forms should be returned directly to our coordinator and must be completed prior to making a reservation. We also suggest that you come by to visit, to meet our staff and show your child our babysitting room.
You must be registered and have a reservation to use the babysitting service. We suggest you make your reservation as far in advance as possible. You can make reservations in person or leave a message and your call will be returned. If you do not have a reservation and want to use Babysitting, call to determine if there has been a cancellation and if you can be accommodated.
We understand that reservations must sometimes be cancelled due to illness or a last-minute change in plans. Please call so that another family can use the time you reserved, as we often have waiting lists. If you do not call or if you cancel reservations repeatedly, you will be charged for the unused time.
We like parents to plan to spend some time with their children in the babysitting room to help their children feel comfortable and to help them get to know our staff. Talk to our staff about what you think would help your child and we will work with you to make your child's visit happy and comfortable.
Please do not bring a sick child to the babysitting room. It is difficult not only for the child who is not feeling well, but also for everyone in attendance.
We have lots of toys, books and equipment for your child to enjoy and we also have graham crackers available. You will need to bring extra diapers and a change of clothing.
