The May Center for Health, Fitness & Sport is committed to providing the best available programs and facilities to maintain health through all ages of life.

Our programs are designed to promote the essential aspects of well-being—with emphasis on exercise, healthful living and nutrition as well as strategies to prepare for and confront challenges and medical transitions such as cardiac rehabilitation and menopause.
