Israeli Culture After-School

A weekly experience of Hebrew language, Israeli culture and Jewish values, Israeli Culture After-School provides an atmosphere where children can further develop their natural ability to speak Hebrew while learning Hebrew reading and writing skills.

The program explores Israeli identity, Jewish Holidays in the Israeli tradition and much more! Using children's literature and music, art, drama and games, we bring the beauty of Israeli culture and Judaism to life for our students.

  • Classes meet Tuesdays, 4-6pm uptown, Wednesdays, 4-6pm downtown, and are for fluent Hebrew-speakers only, grades K-5

92Y Israeliness receives major funding from UJA-Federation of New York and The Samuel Bronfman Foundation.
