Pre-Team:

This level is primarily for girls who are just starting the competition teams. These girls perform in exhibitions at the street fair and cartwheel-a-thon. They work on the basic skills of gymnastics in order to prepare themselves to move up to level 3. We want them to refine their current skills and learn the ones they will need to be a competitive level 3.

Training: Tuesday and Thursday, 4:30-6:20 pm.

Level 3:

This is a level where the girls start working on specific routines that they will be able to showcase in "friendly" competitions in the tri-state area and is a great way to be introduced to competitive gymnastics. The level 3 team will have the opportunity to participate in several exhibitions throughout the year. These girls work on strength, flexibility and team work.

Training: Tuesday and Thursday, 3:45-6:20 pm and Saturday, 9:30 am-12 pm (optional).

Level 4:

These girls work on strength, flexibility and correct technique of the basic gymnastics skills. They compete in five or six meets per season within our state.

Training: Monday and Wednesday, 3:45 pm-6:20 pm, Friday, 3:45 pm-7 pm and Saturday, 9:30 am-12 pm (optional).

Level 5:

On this level, special emphasis is placed on proper technique of the basic skills along with core body strength and flexibility. These girls go to six or seven meets each season.

Training: Monday-Wednesday, 3:45 pm-6:20 pm, Friday, 3:45 pm-7 pm and Saturday, 9:30 am-12 pm (optional).

Level 6:

On this level, special emphasis is placed on refining the basic skills and perfecting the skills the girls will need in level 7. Poise, grace, agility and determination are strong components of the level 6 team. They compete in six or seven meets per season within the tri-state area.

Training: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 pm-6:20 pm, Friday 3:45 pm-8 pm and Saturday 9:30 am-12 pm (optional).

Level 7:

This is the beginning level of the optional program. Each gymnast has a floor and beam routine choreographed especially for them. They work on skills that will help them in the future in the optional program. They compete in seven or eight meets per season.

Training: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 pm-6:20 pm, Friday, 3:45 pm-8 pm and Saturday, 8:30 am-12 pm (optional).

Level 8:

These girls work on air awareness, body awareness, core muscle strength and flexibility in order to perform the routines that are specialized to each individual athlete. Repetition and refining of current optional skills will give the athletes the opportunity to excel in the optional program. They compete in seven or eight meets per season within the tri-state area.

Training: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 pm-6:20 pm, Friday, 3:45 pm-8 pm and Saturday 8:30 am-12 pm (optional).
